CNC Prototype Customization
From product design to CNC prototype verification to mass production manufacturing, we are always ready to turn your ideas into reality and provide advanced manufacturing solutions that are suitable for your products.
Our rapid prototyping services include CNC prototyping, 3D printing, vacuum replication, rapid mold manufacturing, sheet metal prototype production, and prototype post-processing.
CNC prototype processing
We provide CNC machining and 3D printing services, using over 30 materials to manufacture high-quality parts. Adopting 5-axis CNC technology to ensure precision machining. We have over 50 CNC machines, including 5 5-axis machining centers, 10 4-axis machine tools, and 40 3-axis machine tools, as well as lathes, grinders, spark machines, wire cutters, and more. Our strong production capacity allows us to flexibly arrange production to meet your various needs.
Appearance prototype
We make solid appearance prototypes based on the 3D and process drawings provided by the customer to verify the appearance dimensions and process effects. These prototypes can be used for exhibitions, investment promotion, and customer sample delivery. We focus on surface treatment and appearance effects, ensuring that product size, appearance, and weight are highly similar to real products, helping to quickly identify and improve design issues, and providing reliable basis for mass production. Our goal is to reduce your research and development costs and risks, allowing you to see the appearance of the product in advance.
Structural Prototype
We use over 30 materials and 3-axis or 5-axis CNC technology to manufacture precision CNC parts. Precision machining based on 3D drawings, combined with manual assembly, polishing, and oil spray screen printing processes, ensures perfect product assembly, provides rapid and accurate product validation, and supports project testing.

prototype tolerance standard
We ensure cost-effectiveness of precision components through strict project management and tolerance control. We follow the DIN-2768-1 standard for metal CNC machining and carefully control each production process according to different materials and processing requirements to achieve the highest production accuracy.
Tolerance standard
1. Adopt DIN-2768-1-FINE standard for metal prototypes
2. Adopt DIN-2768-1 standard for plastic prototypes
